Hi, I’m Emma, founder of Family Travel Co., and Mum to three girls.

My love of travel started almost 20 years ago, when my now husband and I went on our first big overseas adventure, backpacking around Europe. The plan was to travel for six months, then return home and settle down. But, as many parents know, the greatest plans often go awry, and our love of travel and passion for exploring has only grown!

Travel has taken on a whole new meaning since having kids. We have swapped hot air ballooning over The Valley of The Kings in Egypt for air conditioned cars, swimming with sharks in Hawaii for waterparks, and paragliding over the Austrian Alps for summer camping trips. And while travelling as a family comes with its own challenges, it also comes with some of the best and most memorable moments.
